FREE Be Fit Youth Fitness Program for Stockbridge Community Schools
Get your teen off to a healthy start with a fun and motivating exercise plan. Stockbridge Community Schools students in grades 8-12 can join the FREE Be Fit youth fitness program. This 8-week program encourages students to engage in daily physical activity and provides an alternative to after school organized sports. All fitness levels are encouraged to join and learn routines and techniques from our certified fitness specialists.
8-Week Session: Monday, January 30 – Friday, March 24
Time: 3:30 p.m.
Ages: 8-12 graders at Stockbridge Community Schools
The 8-week session includes: a pre- and post-assessment, an individualized exercise plan, two one-hour instructor-led fitness classes per week unlimited access to the Wellness Center and more.
