Strength Training Equipment

We have a spacious free weights area with the latest machines as well as a wide variety of dumbbells and barbells. Our fitness staff are always on the site and available to answer any of your questions or assist you if needed.

Group Exercise Studio

We have a spacious group exercise studio where we host a variety of group exercise classes for all fitness levels. Classes are taught by certified instructors, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again.

Cardio Equipment

We offer a generous assortment of cardio machines from treadmills, elliptical machines as well as stationary bikes. There are several television screens mounted throughout the cardio fitness area for your viewing pleasure.
