Men’s Health & Fitness Week

Lift and Row – All week (DEX) How many times can you lift your body weight? How fast can you row a mile? Sign up and schedule you session at the fitness desk. Prizes for winning male and female.

Men workout for free – June 16

Flexibility/Stretching – (DEX) Learn the importance of stretching and why it should be incorporated into your exercise routine- June 15 9:00am & June 16 5:00pm

Blood pressure screenings – (CHE/DEX) – June 14 1:00-2:00pm, June 16 10:00-11:00am, and June 17 4:00-5:00pm
